Alisha Brown, BCBA, LMFT - Therapist
Alisha is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned a Master of Science degree in Marital and Family Therapy from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction (Applied Behavior Analysis) from Arizona State University. Alisha has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families diagnosed with Autism and with varying developmental delays for over 10 years. Beginning her career as a behavior therapist, Alisha subsequently worked as a clinical supervisor and clinical director in the field of applied behavioral analysis.
Alisha applies her training in behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, family systems, and mindfulness techniques to provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. Her focus is to create a safe environment for her clients to ultimately develop the insight and tools needed to realize their goals.
