Dalia Frank is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist, a Certified MFT Supervisor and a Credential School Counselor. She earned her Master’s degree in Science and Minors in Counseling from California State University Northridge.
Dalia started her career working extensively with at-risk youth who were in special education. She then worked in various school districts working with children alongside their families in elementary, middle and high schools who have struggled with academic, social/emotional, behavioral, and other mental health challenges, and has used TF-CBT with children and adolescents who have experienced various types of trauma. Dalia incorporates various modalities when working with children, adults, and families such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Narrative Therapy and CBT. In all the modalities she uses mindfulness as a way to ground her clients and for them to feel present.
