Joanna Sarinas is an Associate Clinical Social Worker working under the direct supervision of Sarah Taylor, LMFT.
She graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and she earned her Masters in Social Work from University of Southern California. In the past five years, Joanna has worked with varieties of local communities including Transitional Aged Youths (ages 17 to 26), children and families as well as adults. She has a background with working with high-risk and marginalized populations such as former foster youths, people struggling with substance abuse, and the homeless population.
Joanna provides a safe space for her clients while assisting them to reach their treatment goals by applying client-centered approaches, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapeutic techniques in her treatment. Joanna believes that every single person is worthy of succeeding their life goals and she will provide the tools they need to help achieve them.
