Richilda Hardy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists who has worked in the mental health field since receiving her Bachelor’s Degree. She continued her career path in Psychology receiving her Master’s Degree in 2001 and obtained her licensure in 2006.
Richilda has worked in various mental health programs and settings including residential treatment, day treatment program, school-based, outpatient, crisis shelters, substance use and private practice. She specializes in trauma and has been a Certified TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) Supervisor since 2008. She has extensive experience working with children and adolescents presenting with behavioral issues. She is a well-rounded clinician having treated children, adolescents, adults, families and couples with various diagnosis.
Richilda has held management positions. Most recently was the Director of Substance Use Disorder Program and now Director of Quality Improvement for a non-profit agency.
